French-EZE Quik Lube
is a American small business that caters to the needs of every motor driven vehicle owner in the World. Our goal is to deliver world class customer service to our oil change and preventative maintenance customers. Motor oil is the primary lubricant that we will provide; also providing brake fluid, power steering fluid, and transmissions fluid service to our customers. Our objective is to provide this service to everyone and all of their vehicles. We will provide service for cars, boats, motorcycles, campers/RV’s, 18 wheelers. Our slogan is, “We Do It All.” In addition, to oil changing we provide one-stop shop for other car care needs. We provide, care services such as a car washing, a vehicle detailing station, paint and body service for the interior and exterior of your vehicle.
Our goal is to focus on the community, providing service to our single mothers, the elderly, and our teachers. Hero’s like our community protectors, the police officer, firefighter and our men and women in the armed service. All groups would receive a 10% discount every day of the week. We want to thank these brave and outstanding groups for the continued sacrifices daily.
Standing out from the other companies that are in our line of business would be a marketing strategy that we pride ourselves in. Our colors of course will be red, white, and blue to represent the United States colors. Our trademark sign reflects our outstanding service, the shape and design is unique. When we ship our products from our warehouses to our stores, the packaging will provide protection to the products.
There are approximately 1 billion automobile owners in world. (Huffington 2014) The number of cars on the world's roads surpassed one billion in 2014, according to a study that has spurred debate on what the rapidly-growing car population will mean for the world's economy and environment. Not surprisingly, China led the way in vehicle growth, with the number of cars on Chinese roads increasing by 27.5 per cent, amounting to half the entire global growth. (Huffington 2014) After gathering these statistics, our executives decided to launch a worldwide marketing effort to provide French-Eze to the world market. Since China is the fastest growing market with automobiles we could franchise opportunities to the local Chinese citizens. This would keep our footprint in the U. S. but also broaden out foothold on the Quick Lube market. We know convenience of car care is the key and everyone wants it at their fingertips. French-EZE aims to market their service to everyone. We know that most the majority of people either do not know how to change their oil or simply do have the time. With the responsibility of having to dispose of the oil after changing it, it makes it impossible for a consumer to change his or her own oil without having to pay a disposal fee. We offer convenient service to all. We would provide all customer needs in the car care industry. All services would include the following: Oil changes, wiper blade changes, engine flush, tire rotations, power steering fluid change, catalyst convert flush, brakes service and repair, muffler replacement service, cooling system service, Brake fluid level, Serpentine belts (timing belt), Wiper blades, Antifreeze/coolant reservoir levels, Engine air filtration system, Exterior lights, Chassis (lubricate when applicable), car wash, car vacuum, and car detailing service. No other Quick Lube business has ventured to the world market. French-Eze will be the first to industry to do provide service to the world market. All these would be part of our Signature Service. Of course, a customer would be able to purchase any of these items singularly or collectively. We would create packages for each service...
