EXECUTIVE SUMMARY
This term paper talks about the automobile sector in India. A basic structure of the existing system has been given. Alongside a SWOT analysis, a PEST Analysis and Porter’s five force analysis has also been done. Right from the history of automobile industry to the modern advent of technology has been kept and a comparative analysis of various ratios such as current ratio, debt-equity ratio, earning per share, etc. of four different companies has been done. Due to the paucity of time only secondary data could be used for this paper. However a detailed analysis has been given comparing the various ratios of four different companies in India.
